❌ What We Don’t Collect

HawkWatch does not collect or store:

• Discord User messages
• Roblox usernames
• Personal information (e.g., email, IP address, payment info)

We only collect the minimum necessary data to power game update tracking.

✅ What We Store

⚙️ Tracker Data

• Game IDs you choose to watch (place ID and universe ID)
• Game metadata snapshots: name, description, thumbnail (kept for history)
• Per-tracker alert preferences (e.g., what types of updates to monitor)
• Guild ID, channel/thread/forum IDs where alerts are sent
• Role IDs (only if set to ping when a specified game updates - deleted immediately when using /unwatch role)
• Server owner ID (for verification and support purposes)

Game metadata may be removed upon request by the game creator through a support ticket in our support server.

📊 Internal Metrics

• Command execution status (success/failure/error)
• Posting success or failure
• Execution timing (for performance monitoring)

These metrics never include user messages, personal data, or Discord content.

🧠 How Data Is Used

• To detect and post updates for Roblox games
• To remember what games your server is watching
• To measure performance and improve system stability
• To diagnose permission errors and notify you correctly

Logs may be associated with a guild ID only in cases of command or permission errors.

📦 Data Retention & Deletion

• All data is removed immediately when HawkWatch is removed from a server, except for guild ID and owner ID for support purposes.
• Full deletion (including owner ID) may be requested via the support server.
• Verified requests are processed within 5 business days.

🔐 Security & Access

• Data is stored in a secure third-party database.
• No sensitive or personally identifiable information is collected, so encryption is not applied.
• Access is strictly limited to the HawkWatch developer.
• No third-party analytics, ad networks, or monitoring tools are used.

🔁 Sharing Policy

HawkWatch does not sell, share, or expose any stored data to third parties — ever.
We do not use analytics platforms, external webhooks, or tracking systems.

🛠️ Premium Features

HawkWatch does not currently offer Premium features.
No payment data or subscription information is stored.
